Data collected: email address, username, linked devices, favourites, viewing history, preferences and cloud settings generated by the user while using the service. This also includes the IPTV playlists you add (M3U URLs or Xtream credentials), which are stored so they can be synchronised across your devices. Chlyra TV is a player only: we do not supply, host or resell any television content.
Purpose: account authentication, synchronisation across devices, service improvement and fraud prevention. The legal basis is the performance of the contract (use of the service) and the legitimate interest in maintaining security.
We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for advertising purposes. We only use Cloudflare as an infrastructure and anti-bot protection provider (Turnstile), which may process the IP address for security reasons.
User rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. You may exercise them by writing to [email protected] or by lodging a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
